Following on from our recent post, here are some more stepped up cards featuring the Color and Contour bundle.

For these cards, I used the In-Colours for 2021-2023 (in this case Pale Papaya and Polished Pink) and incorporated the dies from the matching Scallop Contour die set. If you purchase the stamp set and dies together you will make a 10% saving on the individual items.

I LOVE the scalloped edged die that will create a beautiful stitched scallop along the length of your A6 card, plus the two floral designs can be die cut. The dies include a series of layering, stitched dies which are versatile in their own right - even without the stamp set.

Here is a close up of the first card. For this I used the Polished Pink ink for the outline, then adding in the colour to the flower by stamping off first, and then adding the lighter ink layer. I used a Mango Melody Blends pen for the centres of the flowers. These were then die cut. I cut the scallop layer from our In-Colour papers, and laid that onto the Basic White card blank. The dots were added to run across the back to connet the layers together. A little ribbon was added to finish the project, along with the stamped sentiment.

Another In-Colour, Pale Papaya was the focus for our second card, with the same layout. I added some of the leaves behind the flowers for this one. I also added some sequins to match. I wonder which colour you prefer?
