One of the lovely aspects of being a team leader with Stampin' Up! is celebrating the successes of my team, whether it is because they have marked an anniversary, or have been one of my top sales people for any given month.
Each month I send out cards to the top 3 sales and recruiters in my direct team, plus additional 'just because' cards and since January I have been recognising all the anniversaries of my team as they come around. I send them a card and a little gift to mark the occasion.
