This morning at our regular Coffee and Card session, I decided to use one of the projects in our current catalogue as the basis for our design. The catalogue is a fantastic 'ideas' book, and there are so many photographs that you could use and change to suit the stamps or punches that you have.
So, our card today was taken from p.107 of the Annual Catalogue, featuring the Papillon Potpourri stamp set.
I took along the Papillon Potpourri Stamp set, and the two butterfly punches, together with a 2" circle punch and a 1 3/4" circle punch. I chose 4 colours for the ladies to work with: Lost Lagoon, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive. Here are some of their finished cards. They did a great job.
The background stamp you can see (circles, spots, and dashes of paint) are from a new stamp set coming out 1st June called Playful Backgrounds. Thanks for popping by today, watch out for more card samples and sneak peeks of new products later this week.
