It has been a glorious day here in Northamptonshire - lovely sunshine, a little cloud cover here and there and it is nice and warm.
Very appropriate then that we made these cards at our class this morning. I just need to perfect making a 'Flake' to add to our cones!
With hints of strawberries, chocolate and pistachio, these fun layers which are punched out make the perfect quick and easy 'Ice cream' cards.
