Regional Meeting in Telford

Good Morning !
As expected, the UK Regional meeting we had last weekend in Telford was superb. It was great to meet with so many demonstrators - over 300 of us were there! It was hard to get round and see everyone I wanted to meet up with, but it was a good opportunity to meet new people too.

Here is where we met up:
A small scale NEC, a great venue, lovely staff and the food was excellent!

I can now share with you my bookmark swaps which I completed (55 in total).  I used my popular Summer Silhouettes stamp set for the images, and Oh Hello! for the sentiment.  I created the bookmarks in 3 different colours, Raspberry Ripple, Summer Starfruit and Pool Party.  Each one had the addition of a die cut butterfly in the matching colour card using the Beautiful Wings Embosslits. All of the bookmarks were sprayed with some matching ink colour mixed with Shimmer Mist paint - which I referred to in my recent blog posting as my left hand was covered with shimmer mist after spraying all 55 bookmarks!

The photo on the right shows my bookmarks all loaded up in my Stampin' Up bag (handmade thanks to Lynne Fahey, you can find her blog here: http://www.spiralzandcurlz.blogspot.co.uk/

Bookmarks in 3 colours

Packed and ready to go

That's all for now - posting soon with more photos of the day.

  2. Thanks Lynne - the tote bag was perfect for this purpose, plus plenty of space spare for mobile phone, mints etc :)
