Fun cards for coffee lovers

Fun cards using the Press On stamp set

I had great fun this week with the new coffee themed stamp set from Stampin' Up!
It's called Press On and includes take away cups, coffee sentiments and coffee beans.

I featured the set in three Facebook live videos, including some basic stamping, paper piecing and also  some tricks and tips with the Stamaparatus positioning tool from Stampin' Up!

All of the videos are now available on my You Tube channel, as well as being on my Jemini Crafts Facebook Page.

I used the fun Buffalo Check background stamp  to create the tablecloth design that you can see above. The mirrored images of the coffee cup were created using the Stamparatus and a silicone mat. To see how this was done, feel free to view the video below. It should begin at the point of creating the mirror image. You can also see how the tablecloth was created.

One of the clever things about this stamp set is the centre of the cup stamp stamps being cut out to avoid unnecessary ink being picked up. I use these offcut pieces to create the brick wall in the card below - waste not, want not!  We know that crafter' nevr throw anyghing away that might just be useful!  The video below shows you how this was done (it should start at the specific point of creating the wall).

You can see the stamp set in my online shop by clicking here or on the image below.

Our CLASS IN A BOX is a monthly card kit delivered to your door, containing enough supplies for a minimum of 8 handmade cards. Typically the box would include cards (cut and scored), envelopes, designer (patterned) paper, ribbon, die cuts and embellishments.  There will be plenty of left over items for you to carry on crafting.

Also included are links to individual video tutorials (1 for each card design) via a webpage - to which you have unrestricted access. I have also introduced a live Craft Along session on 26th September so you can craft with me and others, pick up hints and tips on getting the best out of your CLASS IN A BOX.

This month's theme is Christmas Snowflakes.
All of the cards feature snowflakes, and although they are aimed at Christmas, there would nothing to stop you creating birthday cards with them. The kits do not include sentiments, although this kit inc;udes some Happy Christmas diecuts. You will need scissors and glue to complete the cards. You may prefer to use a paper trimmer/guilltoine if you have one available.

The CLASS IN A BOX costs just £20 delivered to your door in the UK. You can choose any of our optional items to order at the same time - and you will pay no extra postage.
