Autumn/Winter Seasonal Catalogue

Pinkies Annual Catalogue Blog Hop 2014

Thank you for joining us on another Pinkies Blog Hop! We're showcasing lots of gorgeous projects using products from the new Stampin' Up!® Seasonal Catalogue.
Simply use the buttons at the end of each post to keep hopping!

I am really enjoying our Seasonal Catalogue, which takes us through from Autumn through to Valentines, stopping at Halloween and Christmas on the way!
The stamp set I have chosen to focus on is 'For All Things'
It uses a lovely 'sketchy' design both for the background scribbles and the images themselves. I have used it so much recently, but here are a few of my favourite ones. I have inked up the square background scribble with a subtle colour, then stamped the stems image on top. In the photos below I have used Wisteria Wonder and Elegant Eggplant (left) and Pistachio Pudding and Elegant Eggplant (right)
In the next two photos, I have combined the set with another new stamp set called Endless Wishes - it comes in photopolymer, which means that the stamp is completely clear (no foam mount and no red rubber) - perfect for aligning directly onto your card. I stamped the scribbles in Pool Party - for the card on the left I extended the blocks right the way down the card, and then added the snowflakes and sentiments in Night of Navy.

Finally, to show the versatility of the set, I stamped the block twice in Daffodil Delight and then stamped the image and greeting from Love and Sympathy. It makes a really quick but effective card.
 Thank you for joining me.

  5. I didn’t pay any attention to this set as it looked really autumnal. Now I see what you have done I have changed my mind. Your cards look so classy with a simplistic elegance to them. Thank you so much for sharing and giving inspiration.

    1. Thank you Linda - I do wonder if my cards are too simple sometimes, but I prefer doing cards that my card class ladies can recreate at home. x
