New Team Member Gifts (May-June)

It's always a busy time for me and May is NO exception, but I love to welcome new team members with a personal little gift if I can. For the months of May and June, I am giving my new team members a goody bag which includes a colour sampler, a hand covered notebook and a Stampin' Up shopping bag.

Here are the samplers in progress:

The first step is to cut 1cm wide strips of each of the colours of card-stock and attach them to my printed sheets. 1 sheet for each colour family: Subtles, Regals, Brights, Neutrals and the In-Colours.  To save time in the long run, each sheet will do 4 colour swatches, so I tend to do 2 full sheets at a time, so I have some spares at the ready for my next recruits.

Each sheet is then then cut vertically into 4, and then 1 card from each of the colour families are put together.

I then punch a hole at the top left, add a clear plastic window sheet at the front and back for protection, and bind it with a clip and matching ribbon.  Although they are quite time consuming I think they are a valuable addition to any demonstrator's tool kit.

Here are the finished samplers:

I like to cover a nice notebook with our designer paper and add the demonstrator's initial on the front, so this is what I did with the following two notebooks, all ready for Anna and Zabrina - my most recent Demonstrators.

If you would like to join our team I would love to chat with you about the opportunity. You don't have to live nearby either, as there is training held around the UK by Stampin' up! and other members of our teams.  I am also just a phone call, email or SKYPE call away. Click on the tab at the top of my BLOG for more details or to contact me.
