I am so lucky to have some lovely ladies in my team 'Creative Jems' and I welcome both 'hobby demonstrators' and 'business demonstrators' and everything in between ! This week my team has expanded to 27 in my downline...  which seems amazing for having only started my Stampin' Up! journey in July 2010.

I like to recognise achievement within my team, and I am proud to have done that this week for the lovely Lacey in my team who promoted to Bronze 2.

Lacey was awarded a product spend of her choice with me for her promotion, and I included this card for her in with her goodies. 

Congratulations Card

A lovely set of sentiments, this alphabet set can be used with or without the phrase underneath - the C for Congratulations was perfect for Lacey.

The extra flower was added using the versatile set of 3 small punches, with the addition of a Gem on top to finish it all off.

One of my current favourites, the flower and leaves from Summer Silhouettes (£17.95 in a clear mount) simply stamped at the base.

 I have had a busy week with classes and a team meeting - watch my postings in the next few days to see what we got up to!
